Steward Cultural Development Group (SCDG) is an organizational development and capacity-building consultancy founded in 2015 by Harold Steward and Sara Mokuria. We work with cultural and social-sector organizations to strengthen their ability to plan, adapt, and sustain the assets that matter to their communities.

A collaborative network of partners and advisors supports our work, and together, we bring expertise in arts and cultural systems, strategic planning, fundraising, facilities design & development, and community and cultural organizing.
